Doctor Shapiro, You are a miracle worker. I have been on your program for 2 weeks and I feel like I’ve been given my life back. I’m not fighting the urge to fall asleep at 6 PM anymore. I can get a proper 8 hours of sleep. I no longer dread going to exercise. One of the most incredible effects is that I can lift weights and do cardio on the same day (it had always been a choice between one or the other, I never had the energy to do both). THANK YOU!!
